Spacious two bedroom/ two bathroom oceanfront condo on Amelia Island with breathtaking ocean views from the 6th floor! Located in the popular Amelia South complex, this updated condo offers a great layout, new furnishings, a private complex pool, and convenient beach access.

This oceanfront condo is situated closely to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. The Surf restaurant is just across the street with indoor/outdoor seating and frequent live music. Make the easy 10-minute drive north to downtown Fernandina Beach and enjoy the charming historic district with many unique shops and dining options.

Guests will enjoy the ocean views from the main living space (kitchen, dining, and sitting area) and appreciate waking up to the wall-to-wall windows facing the beach in the master bedroom. The spacious balcony outfitted with a ceiling fan for hot summer days will be a favorite for taking in the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful beaches.

This property was wonderful. So clean and well equipped. We loved our stay and if we were to return we would check to see if this property is available. Communication was also awesome. View Amazing! I have zero to complain about. Location was also very very good.

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for the kitchen. Ice machine worked fine, plenty of pots and pans, etc. The coffee machine was broken and they replaced it immediately. The water pressure in the kitchen is low but everywhere else it was fine. Communication was excellent with management. The two twin beds are just that, twin beds, We thought one was full from the pics. The views are great and it's really a nice unit. We would return for sure!

This is a very clean condo with plenty of room. The comforters were so soft and cozy. The view is gorgeous. The patio is very private with a direct view of the ocean/beach. It is located right in the middle of everything you would want to do. A gas station is right across the street. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Just bring your own spices, coffee etc. Furniture was nice and good decor. Very cozy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Awesome accommodations!

Everything was just perfect with everything that you would need staying in this condo! The beach view was amazing! We REALLY appreciated the beach chairs that we could use during our stay here, you don’t know what a lifesaver that was especially since we spent a lot of time on the beach! My only complaint was the water pressure was terrible, but I think that’s out of the control of the owner. It may be a Florida thing because it seemed like there was no pressure at restaurant’s also! Thank you for a nice Vacation and a beautiful place to stay!! We definitely needed warm sunny skies because we live in Rochester, NY!!

Great condo and location

This was a great condo which we were lucky to snag for a short term rental. Communication with the rental company was excellent. Condo was nicely updated and sitting out on the balcony each evening was always special. The only negative was that one of the elevators was out which made it harder to get up and down. Beach and pool area are great!

Spectacular Ocean View!

My daughter I loved our stay on Amelia Island. The view from the balcony and the master bedroom was beautiful. We took many walks on the beach! The kitchen was well stocked for us to make all of our meals in the condo. It was a lovely property and we would definitely stay here again!

New years relaxation

Beautiful condo, beautiful views, and gorgeous sunrise for the New Year! We normally only go for the summer, but decided to have a change of scenery for new years weekend and it was just as good! The sunrise from the room and balcony in the mornings were unbelievable. We ventured downtown for the shrimp drop, visited all the parks around town and of course took the kids to Fort Clinch. This condo was stocked with everything we needed and more. The beds were so comfortable!! They had games for the kids and adults and chairs in the closet for the beach. Dont hesitate to book! We will be back.

Beach front + Space X

We thoroughly enjoyed the location and convenience to the beach (right on the beach)!!! We went for a late night walk and saw "something" in the distance start to streak across the sky with a red burner tail and halo. We were not quite sure what it was at first, but after looking it up on Google we saw where Space X launched that night from Cape Canaveral. We really enjoyed our time and the people we met during our stay.

Amelia getaway

Great location. Nice view of the ocean. Spacious condo. Nicely equipped kitchen. Clean. Bathrooms need new shower heads. The curtains at the slider were challenging as the curtains did not want to shut/open very easily. The complex should update restrooms for the pool area. For the most part, our stay was great. FYI - the renters are responsible to wash all towels and sheets prior to leaving.
