Belle unité de Beachwood récemment rénovée sur la plantation d'Amelia Island!

Cette unitĂ© Beachwood rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e est parfaite pour une escapade en famille. À quelques pas de la plage, c'est un endroit parfait! Au niveau principal, vous trouverez le salon, la salle Ă  manger et la cuisine. Tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert parfait pour se divertir. Le salon s'ouvre sur une terrasse qui est parfaite pour le cafĂ© du matin ou un dĂźner en plein air. A l'Ă©tage se trouve la chambre principale avec un roi, la 2Ăšme chambre a une reine et il y a 2 lits jumeaux dans la 3Ăšme chambre.

Our family of 5 (with big kids ages 16, 18 and 20) had an absolutely wonderful week at this home. With the beach right across the street, tennis nearby where we could take group lessons, and lots of tree-canopy covered walkways, we always found enjoyable things to do for our active family. Ventured North to the downtown Amelia Island area to play putt-putt and eat out a couple of times throughout the week and otherwise had everything we needed to prepare our food at the house. Also, it was great having a private bath in each bedroom, so perfect. We wanted for nothing and had an awesome week - cannot recommend highly enough and I hope we can return soon!! Thank you for a great stay!

The condo is wonderful - the couches and beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. About a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. I would definitely stay here again.

This rental was more than we could have asked for. It was in a great location with a short walk to the beach in a gated serene resort community. Everything was so clean and the beds were amazing. This is the only vacation I have ever been on that I was able to get quality sleep away from my home. Check in/out was so easy and efficient. The owners really thought of everything we could need (beach chairs, maps, activity recommendations, local menus, etc.) Our special welcome gift was so nice and thoughtful. We will be staying here again!

This is a great condo for the price. We've stayed at some smaller 2 bedroom condos around the resort that cost the same per night so we liked the fact that both our children would have their own bedrooms for the same price. The rental company was very responsive and was able to grant us with our early check in request. The condo well appointed with everything we needed. We've stayed at places that provided one additional roll of toilet pager and one coffee filter before and this place had more than enough of all the basics such as TP, hand soap, dish soap, etc We were very overall very happy and would def book this place again.

Best home I have stayed in. Clean, Very comfortable beds, stocked well, convenient to activities for kids, 3 minute walk to beach, groceries store very close. Minor wish: pool had trees trimmed for more sun.

I stayed at this property with my husband and another couple over Labor Day weekend. The photos did not do the house justice - it was beautiful, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, particularly in the kitchen. The back patio was perfect for coffee in the morning. The walk to the beach was short and beautiful through the “sunken forest”. We were also able to easily walk to the restaurant/cafe/shopping/mini golf area. We all enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook this property in the future.

The location within the resort was my favorite. We were <5 min walk to the Nature Center (which my 2.5 year old daughter had us visit 3x a day) and the playground. The beach and pool were very close. We also were able to enjoy two of the restaurants on site, Marche Burette and Falcon’s Nest, which were very good.

Lovely townhouse. Met our needs perfectly with 3 bedrooms all with en suites. Decorated very tastefully and very comfortably. Great mattresses on every bed. My only issue is that the resort had not cleared away a downed tree right in front of the property, and they also need to clean up the landscaping. Still, the unit was fabulous and we all had a great time.

We really enjoyed staying here! Very clean, nicely updated, furnished, and decorated condo. Located in the center of the Omni resort, the beach, hotel, restaurants, and shops are all just a short walk away. The grounds are wooded and beautiful. Only complaint was that a tree had fallen behind the condo sometime before our arrival, blocking the view to the pond, and the grounds crew still haden't removed it.

We stay at the Omni every year and this was one of our favorite condos! The location was perfect...short walk to the Omni resort pool, private condo pool, falcons nest, nature center and playground. Beautiful view of the golf course lake. The condo was well decorated, comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. Just what we needed after quarantine. Thank you!!!
