'Rooms could do with updating and the wifi is terrible but on the whole a lovely hotel with fantastic staff and loads to do. The food in the bar and restaurant was 5*'

'Excellent hotel with very helpful staff - ideally situated for motorway links.'

'Personeel vriendelijk. Badkamer moet gerenoveerd worden. Bad had een scheur. Huntingdon is niet erg gezellig. Hotel ligt tussen snelwegen en is functioneel.'

'Beautifully maintained property and an excellent breakfast.'

'Excellent service, clean room and en-suite, comfortable bed, tasty evening meal and brilliant full English breakfast ….. what more could you need? Popular with the locals as well!!!'

'Had a family room, pretty dirty room, and no working toilet. The receptionist handled it pretty well though by putting us into 2 2-person rooms, my compliments for that. For the rest a basic room that does what it needs to do, being a place to stopover and sleep. Cannot judge breakfast since we had that elsewhere in Cambridge, dinner looked as the regular hotel food stuff: burger, fish and chips etc '

'Nice place to stay for a couple of days. Friendly hosts. The food is said to be very good, but we didt get the change to experience it ourselves. We took the guided bus to Cambridge, leaving the car at the nearby P+R. In the 2nd- front- room the traffic noise was quite loud although there were not that many cars passing at night.'

'Excellent location close to the cathedral'

'Zoals alle Old English Inns is een verblijf hier confortabel en ongedwongen. De ligging is goed ten opzichte van uitstapmogelijkheden in de buurt (Cambridge, Duxford,St.-Ives, ...) De parkeermogelijkheid is voldoende. De kamers zijn verzorgd en het personeel is heel vriendelijk en correct. De barmeals en het restaurant zijn in lijn met alle Old English Inns en voortreffelijk in kwaliteit en kwantiteit.'

'Stayed for two nights whilst visiting Cambridge. Great hotel. Clean and has everything you could want. Had dinner in the restaurant both nights. Food was amazing. Big shout out to Elia Tous, the restaurant manager. So so helpful and gave great recommendations.'

'Lovely accomodation. Really quiet, easy to find and park and clear check instructions given the day before. The garden was well maintained - we had a lovely room opening out onto the back. There's a couple of pubs, shops and an Indian restaurant all within walking distance and it's 5 mins up the road from the Park and Ride into Cambridge. Fully recommend a stay here! A recommendation to the hotel would be to provide some instructions/guide in the room on any local amenities as well as how the...

'Very pleasant suite of rooms, very comfortable bed and excellent breakfast'

'Eenvoudig maar goede overnachting op doorreis. Het aangeboden ontbijt is geroosterd brood met jam. Verder niets, erg simpel Wel vlak ernaast een goed restaurant indisch.'

'Very nice room with massive fan supplied to help with the current heat wave. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine and fridge in the room with a small selection of snacks and drinks. Pub itself is very nice which a fantastic cafe literally across the road. Will definitely be back!'

'The staff were really friendly and the room was really well appointed and clean. The breakfast was good too. The only drawback with this property is that the rooms are upstairs in a SUPER busy pub. There was a disco downstairs until 2am which there was no escaping from. Thankfully we were out at an event until late so we didn’t have to put up with it for too long and it was quiet once everyone had left.'
