"The staff is amazing and super friendly. The hotel is quite new so there still are some technical issues. Like some rooms had no warm water in the shower, some doors are hard to open like the bathroom doors. And the front door of my room didn't close by itself I had to slam it. For the issues I had I was helped by the general manager, who is, in my opinion a great guy. They did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The restaurant staff is still a bit inexperienced but the food is really good. Special thanks to the waitress called Merwe (probably spelled different) for being super friendly and helpful. This is the best Radisson red you will find in Turkey i can promise you that!"
