A home known for its gorgeous mountain views observed from the back patio and named after Utah's famous Arches National Park. Located on a corner lot right across the street from the clubhouse and pools, Arches has one of the best locations in the village! Step inside to find a large central living space combining the bright and clean living room, dining room, and kitchen. Easily be together while cooking, watching a game, or just visiting with one another without feeling cramped. A favorite feature of this home is it's covered patio where you can relax, read a book, and enjoy the one-of-a-kind serene red mountain views. We highly recommend enjoying a sunrise or sunset from the cozy patio. Other features include a gas fireplace, stocked kitchen (appliances & utensils), 3 comfortable bedrooms, an Xbox, and more entertainment! Check in process was clear. House is in super easy spot from complex entrance and across the street from clubhouse (upper pool area, exercise room, sales office). Extremely comfortable beds and living room sofas. Plenty of seating for everyone in kitchen/dining. We were all able to use internet simultaneously. 3 televisions! Rooms were pretty soundproofed and ceiling fans in each were appreciated. We would have liked to have room darkening or blackout window curtains or shades, as car headlights were pretty flashy at night.Overall loved it. Best part for grandkids (after bunkbed sleeping) was the amazing array of water fun at the complex.We would certainly stay here again and hope we can.We would certainly stay here again.

Spring baseball stay

Stayed before the slides were turned on. We have stayed in the neighborhood but not at this property. Location was good. Only thing is the master window faces the street so you can hear passing cars. Not for a light sleeper. House was clean and easy to access.

Perfect home and location

This home was just perfect for our stay in St. George. Easy access to all the great things St. George has to offer and a quick five minutes to the Tuacahn shows at night. Location of the neighborhood is right across the street from the swimming pool so it was great to go hop in and relax after a day of hiking. Perfect location for baseball tourney

Great location in Santa Clara. I could have walked to our baseball games at Gubler Park. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was right across the street and we enjoyed our stay. I would stay here anytime even if it wasn’t for a baseball tourney.
