It is attached to the owners' residence (the owners have farm animals and a dog). The apartment opens onto an entrance hall with storage. The bedroom has two single beds (160 x 200 cm) that can be joined together, with storage space. The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and toilet. The living area features a fully equipped kitchenette (two-burner induction hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, washing machine, etc.). The living room also includes a sofa bed (sleeps one), a table, and chairs. TV and internet access are provided. The living room opens onto a private garden area with garden furniture, a terrace, and private parking.

Parking is available to the side of the property, in the gated courtyard.

If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a preliminary inventory, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually departed.
