Typical attitude
Typical 5* hotel with strange attitude towards ordinary looking people. General spaces look 5*, room not by far. Terrace deck realy bad shape. No breakfast possibilties according to front desk because it was not possible with our room. We could upgrade and then book breakfast. Shower really nice, very little and thin quality toiletpaper. Good thick quality towels, very nice matrass and bedding. Getting a taxi was completely impossible. Not one option for vegan room service. Got a smoking room while we booked non-smoking on the backside of the hotel. Very ugly viewings from window and that for no reason. With a small investment it could be updated, but the rooms facing that way are appearently to cheap? Swimmingpool very loud/noisy. Alarm clock not functioning. Phone light kept blinking for no reason. No wake-up call options. Very helpfull and friendly housekeeping staff.

Conrad heeft een uitstekende ligging waardoor je binnen paar minuten door de gezellige straten van Besiktas loopt of de boot neemt naar Eminonu of Kadikoy. Hotel faciliteiten, kamers/bedden en vriendelijkheid van personeel zijn een klasse apart. Een van de betere hotel van Istanbul.

Prachtig hotel op een centrale locatie in Besiktas. Ik kreeg een gratis upgrade naar een kamer op de bovenste verdieping met geweldig uitzicht over de stad en de bosphorus. De kamer was ruim en schoon. Het rooftop restaurant op de 14e verdieping is ook een aanrader om een lekker hapje te eten of een drankje te doen. Het ontbijt was ook heerlijk en er was veel om uit te kiezen.

Zimmer hat gestunken, sehr kleine Zimmer, Ausblick war mehr Beton als Meerblick. Rezeption überhaupt nicht Hilfsbereit. Upgrade war nicht möglich. Wir haben uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht. Das Geld bekamen wir auch nicht zurück, es heißt entweder nimmst du das Zimmer oder Pech gehabt! Es gab nicht Mal eine Gutschrift, also gut überlegen bevor man reserviert.

Amazing stay at this property. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to feel safe relaxed and comfortable. Good quality of food and drinks. The 14th floor restaurant has a panoramic view of the Bosphorus with amazing food and nice cocktails they also serve sushi which is very nice. Room service is excellent as well. Smiling and welcoming staff. Cute cats in the lobby floor nice garden pool also. We will be doing spa as we decided to extend our stay for few days more in this hotel. The best is yet to come. Thank you for the good quality of service. I also recommend people to choose bosphorus view rooms you pay for your amazing stay and you get what you expect it’s more than perfect.

Nice property on the Bosphorus. Reasonably priced too. However the attitude of the staff left a lot to be desired for. Someone ran up a fancy dinner and drinks bill and it was conveniently charged to our room. Upon discovering this at checkout, we told the receptionist this wasn’t our charge. He spent an inordinate amount of time digging up bills and calling people and wasting our time! Even pulled up the receipt which had no signature! Assumption was guilty until proven innocent! Never seen such horrendous attitude anywhere in the world.

The hotel is beautiful, staff is helpful and speak good English. Accessible by bus so for us was really helpful. The restaurant and rooftop had really good food. We had access to steam and sauna, only point was that the indoor pool was noisy as accessible to all families. Steam room could be under maintenance as some piece were going off the bench and the steam smell wasn’t always a good. Otherwise we had an amazing stay, bed so confortable and bedsheet also soft. Clean bathroom and room.

Great hotel, great staff but don’t stay there is you allergic to cats, they have cats in the lobby area that sit on the furniture and rub against you, I have a very bad allergy to cats so it wasn’t a experience.
