Il s'agit d'une ancienne usine abandonnée et, de la rue, tout semble horrible, mais une fois que vous entrez dans la cour, l'impression change et les intérieurs sont déjà 4 étoiles, si ce n'est pour le manque d'air conditionné. Cependant, le prix est bas et correspond à la qualité. La nature inhabituelle du bâtiment et la rénovation minutieuse et sincère créent une atmosphère artistique intéressante. Dans la cour, le vendredi, on joue du jazz, dommage...
