Wonderful Villa built in the 70s with all modern facilities, just in front of the Lake Maggiore, with amazing view of the Lake and mountains, it has a wonderful pool, private beach, by climbing 13 steps from the villa garden, and boat access.
It’s position is perfect to explore both side of the Lake and also a great starting point to visit all the beauty of the lake’s towns with a short drive! The Lombard side of the Lake Maggiore has some of the largest natural parks of Italy such as Devero Regional Park, Val Grande National Park, Alpe Veglia, and Oasis of Macugnaga. A wonderful little towns like Calende, Sesto, Santa Caterina del Sasso, Luino Laveno, without forget one of the most attraction of Lake Maggiore the Borromeo Islands.

The villa’ garden has a wonderful summer lounge, with sun beds around the pool which has also a heated system (upon request) and external shower. An outdoor dining area with built in BBQ, wood oven.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The villa develops in two floors, at the upper floor there are two double bedrooms with Air Conditioning, (beds 180x200 and 160x200), and 3 bathrooms two with tube and one with shower.
Fully equipped gourmet kitchen, Livingroom with dining table which offers an amazing Lake view.
The Lower floor has a large Suite, 63 sqm, with air conditioning bed size 210x180, an indoor hot tube Jacuzzi with hydro system, a chromo therapy shower, a sliding glass window with a wonderful lake view, there is a fireplace and TV in the bedroom. Complete the villa a twin room (the beds can be joined) with a sauna and bathroom with shower.

GUESTS OF VILLA ISA WILL BE WECOMED BY OUR ARRIVE AND RELAX INCLUDED ON PRICE:
It consists in a prepered delivered dinner, a “brought-in“ dinner that is left to be re-heated by the client. No service is provided.
The menu can fit vegetarian guests too. No changes are possible for the first night dinner.
Basically it consists in a Pasta al forno, a vegetable tarte, salad, and fruit salad. Bread, water and wine are included.

Ispra is a large town whcih offers all services needed, restaurants, shops, bank etc. guest can use boat tours to visit the other nice destination around the lake, bus services, we recomend to have a car in order to be able to make day trips to all beautiful destinations of the region.

Rental Rules:
Minimum stay 1 week; changeover day: Saturday.
Check-in: from 4pm to 7pm; Checkout: 9am
Late Check-In: Available only between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM, upon prior arrangement with the caretaker. A €50.00 fee is to be paid in cash upon arrival

Security deposit (Refundalbe):
Euro 2000 to be sent by wire transfer to the owner before arrival and will be returned within 3 days after the client's departure

Additional Expenses to be paid on site:
Cleaning package 450 Euro per week to pay cash on site it include Cleaning service (house + pool) 5 hrs. per day Monday to Saturday
Baby bed and High chair Euro 100 per week
Heating included up to 100 Euro a week, (guests will pay the amount exceeding 100 Euro)
Air Conditioning included up to 100 Euros per week (guests will pay the amount exceeding 100 Euro)
Pool heating system upon request
