The Le Perle residence, in addition to Casa Perla Gialla, also includes Perla Verde and Perla Blu, each with private entrance, private garden and parking, all of which are in a convenient location for visiting the magnificent baroque cities of Ispica, Scicli, Modica, Ragusa and Noto.
The sandy beach is accessed through a beachfront gate, and on foot you will find excellent local restaurants such as Il Braciere, Veliero e Verde Basilico, Soda Thanks restaurant and Beach club such as Pazmaia, Zuma beach and Lido Otello. A small bar for breakfast, takeaway pizza and a market for basic things is just a few steps away and is open from June to October, as well as to takeaway restaurants such as Da Biagia and Casa Rosa.    
 Spend your days in the Yellow Pearl relaxing in the garden or on the comfortable chairs in the shade of the pergola, and the covered terrace is the perfect place for outdoor dining. And in the evening, after dinner or maybe after a nice barbecue, you can retire to the sofa and armchairs on the terrace for a coffee or a drink.
Perla Gialla, arranged on a single floor, is characterized by a Mediterranean style, lush plants and palm trees, it is a unique one that will make you immediately feel at home. The interiors are bright and modern, with ceramic floors and white walls, a touch of yellow and peach color warms the room. The open-plan living room includes a comfortable French sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, while the fully equipped kitchen, with induction cookers, oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine, also offers a dining table for 6 people.
Perla Gialla has two double bedrooms, one of the bedrooms has a bathroom with an en suite shower, the second bathroom with shower is located next to the kitchen and the living room with the French sofa bed offers additional space for guests. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable rest even during hot summer nights.
The house has two bathrooms: an internal one with a shower and an external one, complete with a sink, toilet and shower cabin, perfect for when you return from the beach.
Electricity consumption included up to 250 kW per week (36 kW per day). If consumption is exceeded, an extra amount of 1.10 cents per KW will be requested.
