  • New to the Island Realty Rental Program!
    Oceanview one bedroom, one bath condo located within the Isle of Palms gated community of Wild Dunes. Large outdoor community pool, right near the Atlantic Ocean! This single-level unit is conveniently situated on the first floor of the A building within the Port O' Call condo complex. Simply walk down the complex stairs for quick access to the beach.

    The Port O' Call complex offers its guests access to the outdoor Port O' Call Community Pool (not heated or cooled, open sun-up to sun-down) directly next to the C building, and uncovered parking within the shared lot for two vehicles.

    THINGS TO KNOW:
    • There is a strict 2 vehicle capacity per unit
    • This rental is located on the first floor
    • Linens/bath towels & Wi-Fi included
    • No pets or smoking allowed
    • This rental does not include access to other Wild Dunes pools or the fitness center
    • Rentals are stocked with small 'starter packs' that include: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towel, bar soap/shampoo/lotion/conditioner, a couple dishwasher packets, and small liquid dish soap.
    • Please ask vacation planner about renting beach towels or beach games/toys
    • Motor homes, trailers, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not permitted within Wild Dunes
    *Port O Call Pool is behind Building C across parking lot. The Tidewater pool you can see from your porch, is not accessible.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental location was excellent. Close to beach and had a little view of the beach from the screened in porch. Loved the walk out porch.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! Island realty staff helpful and friendly. Unit needs some love and updates. Mattress is comfy but needs replacing as it is old and smells a bit. Couch was very dirty. We put a blanket on it to cover dirty spots. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of towels available.
