Pet friendly home with access to beach, pool, and tennis courts

Three bedroom, two bath, third row house. You can easily walk to the beach, pool and tennis courts. Spend the day enjoying the nearby shopping and restaurants. If you do not want to eat out, you can enjoy the full kitchen and outdoor grill to cook a nice meal at home. This property has a cozy living room and sun room for you and your group to hang out at night. There are four cable TVs with DVD players if your group wants to have a movie night after a long day at the beach. For added comfort there are ceiling fans throughout the home.
The square footage of this home is 1,316. Wi-Fi included. Pet Friendly with $200 nonrefundable fee and a 1 dog limit. Must provide proof of current flea medication prior to arrival. NO SMOKING.

Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Excellent location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay on IOP. The location is a short walk to the beach in a quiet subdivision off the main road. The house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen supplies were just adequate. Our only problem was a leaking roof in the hall bathroom after a heavy rain, which was reported. Overall, the house could use some TLC but still comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Isle of Palms. Our location to the beach and pool were also great-just a short walk to the beach and the pool. We had a few problems when we arrived. Some of the outlets in the living room and bedroom were not working (which caused the cable and tv not to work) we called and they did send someone to fix it. After we returned from eating and grocery shopping we realized the refrigerator ice maker was dripping in he floor and the refrigerator was not working. We called again and it was later-11:30 and they couldn't send anyone out. The refrigerator had a control lock on the front and we finally got it unlocked . We had to put the food we bought in a cooler with ice and get up in the night to check on it and it started getting cool. The last thing was on Sunday morning I turned on the shower and it had not been cleaned. The shower curtain had mold on it and the bathtub had soap scum all around the tub. I did call housekeeping and later that day they did come and clean both our showers and put a new shower curtain up and was very apologetic about how dirty the bathrooms were. For as much as we paid I was very disappointed on Saturday and Sunday but at least Island Realty did send someone when we had all these problems. After all these things were corrected we had a great week.
