  • Welkom bij Seaside Paradise bij H303 Tidewater Villas in Wild Dune op het eiland Palms. Er zijn een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan vanaf de voordeur recht naar de grote afgeschermde veranda die toegankelijk is vanuit de foyer, master suite en woonkamer. En geniet van het uitzicht op de golfbaan vanaf de keukentafel. Deze prachtige villa is volledig vernieuwd en is comfortabel elegant met designmeubilair. Beide slaapkamers bieden kingsize bedden, eigen badkamers en kastruimte. Er is ook een zolder op de tweede verdieping geweldig voor de kinderen met een tv, dvd en met twee flip-stoelen met vijf posities die kunnen worden uitgeklapt tot twee XL Twins om te slapen. Het zonnedek, buiten het hok, biedt een adembenemend uitzicht op de oceaan en is een ideale plek om te ontspannen, de golven te zien dansen en naar de sterren te kijken. Deze accommodatie wordt geleverd met een Wild Dunes-sportkaart. Gratis wifi en beddengoed inbegrepen.

    Elk huis beschikt over gratis parkeren, eerste levering van beddengoed en handdoeken, wasmachine en droger, kleuren kabel-tv, airconditioning, starter levering van papierproducten en wasmiddelen, volledig uitgeruste keuken met servies, bestek, potten en pannen, plus lokale telefoondienst. The condo was very nice ! Very Clean ,well equipped.. tasteful decor . Enjoyed being in Wild Dunes! We would stay here again.

This was an absolutely lovely stay. Beautifully furnished, well appointed and immaculate! And the location is... well... you'd be hard pressed to fine one better! Walk the beach, just steps from your unit, to your heart's content The pool is impeccably maintained too, if that is your preference. We come down every year now for the last 6 years and are already checking the calendar to make our reservation for 2027!

I stay in Wild Dunes yearly and sometimes several times a year. This is my first time at this property and I found it to be exceptional. The kitchen was one of the more organized ones with everything you could need! I feel like the property owners have gone above and beyond to make this place a perfect destination. I will stay here again.

Elevator needs service, and wood exterior walkway and stairs are in desperate need of repair.* Hot tub and pool are not heated * Drapes in condo were extremely hard to get to close * Dryer took over an hr to dry clothes * TV in living room and bedrooms, but very small

Clean and comfortable place, excellent location, well stocked, and quiet! Perfect for a morning workout on the trail, day at the beach, followed by a pool swim, then shower, get dressed and out for dinner.

We made a short trip down to Wild Dunes for spring break and a couple college tours. The property was amazing and served all our needs. Would definitely book again in the future!

Better Than Advertised

We came with another couple and absolutely loved this place. Clean and well appointed with stunning views of the ocean. The entire area is clean and quiet with a lot of walking paths. We plan on coming back to this unit for sure.

Beach Getaway

The condo was very well appointed and in working order. We especially appreciated the rooftop with such a wonderful view - great place for your morning coffee. Wlid Dunes itself is so nice and relaxing. We enjoyed meals and playing cards on the covered deck while viewing the beach. The beach was easy to access. We plan to come again to this condo with friends.

The porch was a bit crowded. The furniture was too large but everything else was great. The pool fence did not work we had to walk around to the beach side everyday.

Vacation

It was a very nice unit. But it needs something. 1. Better toilet paper. 2. Kleenexes 3. Beach towels. And the second toilet handle needs to be fixed. Was off when got there, also the batteries to the remotes were died and the up stairs storm detector was going off. We did lose power for approximately five hours. But over all it was good .

Lovely property

Have to start with of all the many many vacation rentals and perhaps also most hotels - it was the most clean tidy and organized place we’ve seen. Loved the view. Favorite was the screened porch. We sat out for hours playing games reading eating. We never even turned on any tv. Just loved to hear the ocean. Loved the roof deck Overall quiet. There are signs everywhere about being respectful It’s was but smaller than we thought from pics but still lovely and good use of space. We wanted to have my mom and sis come but felt it was a little tight so they just came for games and beach walks. Really nice comfy bed. AC worked great. Felt very safe. Easy check in. Well stocked kitchen Small negative is washer and dryer were headaches. Never could get the dryer to stay on and we tried literally every setting. Perhaps it would help to have an instruction note but I’m guessing it was just something we were doing wrong. Not a big deal. There were also no beach towels provided Not a big deal for us since we had family near but we have stayed in about 20 VRBO in Hawaii Florida CA on the beach and I can’t imagine not having beach towels Biggest disappointment was we were fully expecting to use the pool but it was closed. We would have used it every day but couldn’t. Communication was great and we got made up for it and much appreciated. Also we could have enjoyed shopping or dining on the resort but it seemed impossible. Left little options for food. We just ran back to town.

Everything you could ask for

Great condo on a great beach. Kitchen was equipped with everything possible. We had a minor issue with one of the toilets and a very courteous maintenance man responded very, quickly and resolved the problem.

Great property

We’ve stayed in Wild Dunes three years now. This is the second time in Tidewater, but first time is this unit, which is our new favorite! The kitchen is well stocked if you like to cook (like we do), and the accommodations are clean and comfortable. The view is amazing and we loved the comfortable chairs in the screened in porch (our favorite spot)! Our only issue was not getting a code for the door prior to our stay and being locked out for 30 minutes trying to locate someone to let us in, but the issue was quickly resolved. Will come again!
