Be careful
I was charged for damage that absolutely was not there when we checked out. I suppose in the future I need to take a video walk through before I check out. The master bedroom had protective edging on a corner wall that would repeatedly fall off. I would simply place it back on the corner using the baseboard as leverage. In my eyes it simply needed glued back on permanently. Three days after checkout I received a text message stating that I would be charged for drywall damage. I explained what I experienced with the edging piece and then received an image of drywall missing from that same corner. None of which was missing when we left. The protective edging was not found. I wonât share our overall experience as I donât want to seem spiteful. The only thing that matters to me is that they can charge me without any consumer protection. Lesson learned.
