Beautifully decorated three bedroom, three bath, two level condo with views of the community pool and ocean! The kitchen has Corian counter tops and crisp white cabinetry. Dining for six with additional seating at the bar. The living area offers comfortable furnishings, a 65" Wi-Fi enabled 4K Smart HDTV with Roku and Blu-ray player and a Dolby ATMOS, Bluetooth soundbar, and direct access to the sundeck. The guest bedroom downstairs has a queen bed, Wi-Fi enabled Smart HDTV with Roku and shares a full bathroom with bathtub with the hall. The guest bedroom upstairs has a pyramid Queen size bunk on the bottom with a Twin XL bunk on top and a Twin XL trundle underneath., Wi-Fi enabled Roku smart HDTV and a full private bath with bathtub. The master has a king bed, 60' Wi-Fi enabled 4K Smart HDTV with Roku and a Blu-ray player, and a full private bath with a walk-in shower. All TVs in the condo are Wi-Fi connected and High Definition! Beautifully landscaped complex with access to community pool and charcoal grills. Wi-Fi. Linens. No smoking. No pets.

Overall, this was a great vacation rental. It was spacious enough for our family of 5, the location was great, right near the pool and beach, and the view of the beach was beautiful. The only problem was that the living room floor had a layer of black grime all over it. You could see it and you can feel it when you walked on it. For a condo like this, the floors could have been a lot cleaner. Otherwise, it was a beautiful rental.

Amazing Views in quite area

The house was clean and well furnished. The location was super nice. It a nice community that was quiet. Beach was close. Pool was great for all ages going from super shallow all the way to 8ft. My only complaints were no elevator and had to check in and out at an office fairly far from the condo. It was on the way but still some what inconvenient.

We had a wonderful stay at Mariners Walk on the beautiful Isle of Palms. The condo was in a great location and we could walk to the beach very easily. It was clean and very spacious. The pool was sparkling clean and there were a ton of loungers. We had a great time and enjoyed plenty of 4 miles walks every day on the beautiful beach

Close to Beach and Recently Remodeled

Our family of three generations enjoyed our stay here. The condo is in a gated community, is close to the beach, and was a good size for the 6 of us. There are a few flights of stairs to get to the front entrance, so be aware if that's a concern. It appears to have been remodeled since many of the reviews. There's no carpet within the unit, etc. It would have been a 5-star stay if we'd had a few extra towels (there were 8 total for the 6 of us and a 4-night stay). Luckily there's a washer and dryer within the unit and I'd brought some detergent. Also, the bottom of the dishwasher was covered with what appeared to be melted cheese when we arrived, so cleaning that up wasn't the greatest welcome gift. Once, those things were taken care of, we had a great time!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a wonderful stay at 5D Mariner's Walk. The condo was more than big enough for me, my husband and two young children. It was cute and clean and had all of the supplies we needed including lots of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. It was also very quiet, we had folks staying in the units all around us but I never heard anyone. The Mariners Walk complex itself is outstanding. Grounds are beautiful and the beach is peaceful and gorgeous. Wonderful stay! I highly recommend!
