  • Pas gerenoveerd! Geniet van een onderbreking van uw hectische tempo in 88 Grand Pavilion. Gelegen aan een schilderachtige, met bomen omzoomde straat, deze 5 slaapkamers, 4. 5 bad huis is een modern strand huisje dat is gelegen in het hart van Wild Dunes. Het beste nog, het is slechts drie minuten lopen naar de Grand Pavilion Boardwalk, die directe toegang tot het strand en twee zwembaden aan de oceaan heeft!

    Dit fantastische strandhuisje werd volledig gestript en gerenoveerd door de bekende laaglandarchitect Christopher Rose. Bovendien werd het professioneel ingericht door Chinn Rose + Design LLC. De renovatie omvatte een nieuwe, op maat gemaakte keuken met alle nieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten voor keukenhulp, de toevoeging van een damestoilet op de eerste verdieping, alle nieuwe badkamers, nieuwe privé buitendouche, alle nieuwe Anderson orkaanbestendige ramen en deuren. Ontspan in de nieuw afgesloten serre met ramen van vloer tot plafond die al het licht en uitzicht opvangt zonder alle hitte. Het dek aan de achterkant serre herbergt een gas grill voor die zomer cookouts na uw dag op het strand. Geniet van cocktails of laat de woestijn op de veranda rockers om je mooie dag op het strand te eindigen.
    De begane grond heeft drie slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer. De tweede verdieping heeft een koning slaapkamer, een slaapkamer met drie tweelingen en een dag bed met onderschuifbed en een gedeelde badkamer. Alle slaapkamers hebben 4K tv's en ihome klokradio's. Een extra functie is een Marvel wijn / drank koelkast. Perfect voor extra drankjes!

    Functies Wild Dunes Resort Club Sports Card! Een sportkaart is vereist voor toegang tot het Club Swim Center, de Club Fitness Room (toegangsprijs) en het Tennis Center (hiervoor gelden gerechtskosten). Toegang verleend tot Palm Cove Pool na vijftien en Boardwalk Inn Pool na zestien met Sports Card. De hele dag toegang tot de twee Grand Pavilion-zwembaden aan de oceaan en het promenadegebied met deze verhuur. Alleen accommodaties met de Wild Dunes Sports Card hebben toegang tot deze voorzieningen.

Lovely home in perfect location

This renovated 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home is perfect for families of 10. We could easily walk to beach, swimming pools, and food and drink. But the house has comfortable bedrooms and large kitchen so everyone can gather and cook. Oh, an abundance of televisions!

House is beautiful but needs a deep clean immediately (see tile in floors in bathrooms, see handles in kitchen and bathroom to name a few) The washer needs to be replaced. I know yall see that mold just sitting there on the front rubber of the front loader. The washer also reeks!! It was plenty of room for our family vacation and close to the pools and boardwalk. We were very disappointed that an RFID bracelet to open gates to the pool and get onto boardwalk from the beach was not at the house on our first day arriving. We had children ready to go to the pool that late afternoon. Then the children woke up ready to go that morning and we still didn’t have it. The bracelet showed up after 11 the next day. If you have small children you know they are ready to go by 8:30.

awesome property. the check in / check out process only negative. 10am check out is already early...but to also be asked to drove off-site to return keys by 10am is aggressive. Should be 11am. Otherwise, great house.

The house is very nice and a good location. The only complaint would be the TV situation. Way too many remotes and a lot of misprogrammed functions and just way too complex for most people to be able to use. Very difficult to move between cable TV and other streaming apps and controlling volume about impossible.

Family Spring Break

This house was the perfect spot for our two families to spend the week together. We really appreciated the king beds in each of the bedrooms and the well stocked kitchen. The location was fantastic with only a short walk to the beach. The only downside was that we came at the end of March during off season, one of the grand pavilion pools was under construction, none of the boardwalk shops were open and we did not have access to the brand new sweetgrass pool which the kids would have enjoyed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and this was the perfect location to experience Charleston for the first time.

beautiful beach house

PERFECT for families. We had a small issue with slow wifi - we had young kids with us. So they needed their movies, and our netflix was slow. The owner tried to fix it a soon as possible. The problem was not completely resolved, but I do feel like happy with how quickly he helped. Great kitchen with lots of appliances - like toaster, slow cooker, etc. Overall - one of the best home I have been in!

Incredible property and location. It was wonderful for our family and the management team was incredible to work with and easy to get a hold of made this long awaited family vacation that much easier knowing everything was taken care of! We will definitely be going back!

Awesome property

Me and my family were very impressed with the quality of the property. They had all the comforts of home and had thought through so many nice touches. High quality appliances and all we could ask for in the kitchen, nice Weber grill for grilling out, dual iPhone charging clocks in all the bedrooms, smarthome tv remotes, sonos whole house audio system, the list goes on. We are definitely considering making this property an annual trip.

Very nice as good as advertised, especially the kitchen. It had every and anything you would need. The only caveat is the beach furnishings. Typically, we spend a lot of time at the cloister at Sea Island, where beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are all taken of and provided. Saves us in dollars but more importantly, it saves us from the hassle of lugging chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc to and fro from the beach.

Great Location

The house was a great size, plenty of areas for gathering , eating, and sleeping. Just a short walk to the pool and beach. The tennis center was just around the corner.

Great Vacation Home!!!

This is a beautifully appointed home with two large gathering spaces, large bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. My family of 12 had room to spare. We will be renting again. The only negative would be the outdoor space but the lovely sunroom and large front porch more than made up for the lack of deck or patio space. Loved this home, wish I could give it 10 stars!!!

Urine odor in upstairs bathroom

When we checked in there was an overwhelming urine smell upstairs - it seemed to be most prominent in the bathroom, even though the floors are tile. The rest of the upstairs is carpet. We were able to keep windows open upstairs and the bedrooms when closed up for sleeping at night did not smell. Other than the smell, and the uncertain of what was causing the smell and the exact location of the smell. I am giving the cleanliness rating a 5 because the rest of the house was spotless and I would expect that the owner will take care of this immediately.

This place was perfect. The neutral tones and simplistic modern decor made it very relaxing. It was also very spacious and a lot of different rooms to relax in. We will likely be staying here again! The proximity to the beach and pools were within a few minutes of the house and was no issue for the children. We used vayK gear, I highly recommend two carts if you have children, one for the smaller kids, one for gear. Overall perfect experience.
