'No hot water. No breakfast included. No near (walkable) restaurants/ shopping.'

'The location is great. We are not motel guest, we normally stay at a hotel. This was different for us. The rooms are comfortable but really outdated. I was not happy with one thing... the towels they had a hue of yellow which makes me think there not clean other than that it was ok.'

'Great stay! Highly recommend.'

'No hot water the entire stay. This was terrible with a two year old. We were the only ones in the property plus front office was closed. Had to call for everything. Loud music over the PA system starting at 0650 every morning waking up the baby. Tub was painted and paint peeling off. Door locks were hanging allowing door to room to be compromised. This was a very bad experience for the amount that we spent. Have pictures of everything'

'Joe (owner?) was extremely cordial and accommodating. I'd expect the rooms to be a little cheaper than they were in the off season but our stay was pleasant.'

'We kregen na een heel hartelijk ontvangst een upgrade naar een kein appartementen met keuken met uitzicht op het zwembad. 10 minuten lopen naar het strand. Supermarkt en restaurants in de buurt. Prima!'

'Room clean but Coverlets need updating, the bones of the bathroom and bedroom were good. Bath floor had wow, marble tiles, room tile floor good. Old palm wall paper appropriate for beach town, but cover/bedspreads do not match wall borders, this is a very easy fix with new coverlets in sage green or just plain tan. Where the bath wall meets the marble tile needs a regrouting with white grout b/c the dark grout makes it look dirty. But bath and shower were very clean. Wall art should be...

'Well priced for the value. A bit noisy though'

'Close to the beach- no complaints at all.'

'Muy buen precio algo justo'
