Important Notes for Your Stay:

Building Security: The condominium administration strictly enforces a "No Unregistered Visitors" policy. Building security will only grant access to staying guests who register in the entrance logbook upon arrival. Outside visitors are not permitted.

Authentic Penthouse Living: This unit is located on the 4th floor. There is no elevator, but the views from the top are worth every step.

Beach Preparedness: We provide fresh bath towels; please remember to bring your own beach towels for your adventures.

Safety First: The waves at our complex’s private beach are powerful and raw—breathtaking to watch, but we recommend swimming at the protected "Pocita" at Jobos or Montones nearby.
