'We were assigned a room. Upon getting to the room, a “do not disturb” sign was on the door. A quick knock, followed by a quick peek; showed the bed unmade, lights on. Returned to the desk swiftly. Apparently, housekeeping missed that room. There was no hand soap in the bathroom dispenser. The bed, pillows were very comfortable. Everything was clean, with the exception of a sticky looking substance on the elevator floor (upon check in and check out). Staff were friendly, polite, helpful. ...

'The room had a weird smell. Like an air freshener gone bad. The walls looked roughed up. We had hairs on the shower wall that predated our stay and on the back of the sink. The sheets on one bed had brownish stains and more hair on them… were they even changed from the people before us? Tried hard not to think about it and got out of there as early as we could. Breakfast was ok. Waffles were good and it was pretty quiet over night. Probably will not stay there again especially with how much we...

'Main guest restroom in the lobby area had no paper towels, and no soap. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk, they acknowledged that they knew about it and couldn’t do anything about it because they didn’t have access to the cabinet that stores the soap and paper towels.
