'Room was nice. Location was great and it was easy to walk to some restaurants and sports bars. Breakfast was good, with sausage, eggs, waffle machines, oatmeal, fruit, cold cereal and bread for toast. Breakfast ended at 10. Gym was good for my son who doesn’t miss a workout'

'Beautiful old mansion lovingly restored with so much charm! This was a fantastic location for our needs. We were able to walk past estates and cute cottages with beautiful gardens to shops and restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Close to the Buffalo History Museum and other local attractions and about 20 minutes from Niagara Falls. Our host was able to let us have an early check in time and he gave us a tour of the house with some interesting background info. He lives quietly on the third...

'This inn was beautiful! So many beautiful rooms and the basement billiard room was amazing. The owner was so kind and greeted us warmly. It was close to Buffalo State where we dropped our daughter off and was close to shopping and dining options. '
