'Friendly staff, clean room. '

'We love the hotel’s Art Deco/contemporary luxury design, making it a truly unique and beautiful property. A lot of thought goes into every aspect from the impressive reception lobby to the luxurious bed linen. The welcome tea hosted on the Executive Floor lounge is a nice and hospitable gesture (well done)! Don’t miss going up to the rooftop garden. The views are amazing! The staff are helpful and friendly. Special mention of the Concierge Mr Amin who has a cheerful smile for everyone. The...

'Really lovely and unique little hotel in Ipoh. Loved the chilled Bali vibe (and vast selection of Balinese and Western breakfast choices!) We had the room with outdoor deck and koi pond. You do get mosquitos but can ask for mosquito coils for the outdoor area and for the room to be sprayed while you’re out, so it was all very manageable. Aircon was a bit temperamental, could never get it quite right, but tbh that was the single biggest gripe so not much really. Although on a quiet road,...

'Mooi nieuw hotel. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Uitstekende wifi plus gratis computers in de lobby. Prijs kwaliteit heel goed.'

'The property is awesome and the pool and facilities are fantastic. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed but we found the set up a little different with the sink at the end of hallway. It is shown in the photos but just felt a bit peculiar in real life, can’t really explain why! E loved the rest of the apartment though and the beds are super comfy.'

'Beautiful old colonial hotel with high-quality traditional furniture (perfectly maintained and freshly painted). Exceptionally lovely service by the owner, who pays good attention to needs and advice. Breakfast and lunch is in the same building (from same owner + discount) and in the same style. Also food is near-perfection.'

'Leuke inrichting maar wel geen buitenzicht door de bakstenen rond het hotel. Wij hadden een suite en dat was ruim en comfortabel maar kleinere kamers hebben soms geen ramen. Leuk Japans restaurant aan hotel en prima wifi tv en airco Goede prijskwaliteit in leuk stadje'

'Alan at the front counter was so nice and friendly as well as all other staff even the bell man and the staff helping us open the connecting door. The hotel i heard is dated but amazingly feels new and clean. Super spacious, infinity pool was huge and no one was swimming there the 4 times we swam! Free breakfast and siu yeh was excellent. The fact that they have a Ipoh coffee machine is just making me want to take another 15 hour flight and 2 hour car ride just to go to the hotel and stay...

'Het hotel lag verder uit het centrum en bij bezienswaardigheden dan verwacht. Op de website staat 300 meter van perak temple, maar dit is 3.5 km (anderhalf uur lopen). Kamer was niet echt schoon: veel stof en tegels van wasbak vol schimmel. Ding waar wc rol in zit helemaal verroest. Douchekop op badkamer sproeide tegen de tegels op ipv naar beneden. Airco staat alleen op 16 graden, springt terug als je dit wilt verzetten. Ontbijt is voornamelijk rijst etc en dit is koud. Wel lekkere koffie....

'Everything is good because it's cheaper compare to other, staff really responsive, the cleanliness is good, if you are looking for just stay at night, and at the morning you go travel around, it's recommended 👍'

'Since there isn’t daily room service, the unit should provide broom and other cleaning tools. Water filter should be provided too. Need improvement in cleanliness. The floor feels sticky. No tissue paper provided for living room.'

'Checked in, looked at the room and checked out. I think that sums it all up. '

'The staff is very nice but you need give RM100 Cash deposit to check in. The deposit will refund upon check if no damage on the room or spilt any stuffs in the room. There will remind you via whatapp on delay on check out for an hour charge you RM50'

'The staff was very friendly and helpful that made our stay comfortable. There was McD just behind the hotel which was convenient to grab some food.'

'The room is clean and their staff were very helpful, e.g find a room near to lift lobby when they found out my mum has mobility issues. Special mention to the malay male staff who is on morning shift during our stay.'

'Shop nearby, good location'

'Stay was ok, bed was clean and room mostly clean. Place was a bit run down though and shower took ages to heat up. I think for the price you could probably get better in the area. Unfortunately also when we booked it said breakfast included, we were told when we stayed that they haven't done breakfast since covid. I have had to contact expedia regarding this.'
