'Excelente place, very clean and organized inside, it could improve the external area and the identification (street name and number) thr maps was very clear and easy to find but I wad not expecting the gate to have that wood look and the small number in the electrical box. Other than that I would recomend this place to everyone. One more time, the cleanliness was perfect'

'Property was not clean - dirty floors & countertops & sinks. I even sent pictures of the problems. They didn’t have enough linens or towels. I contacted the manager 3 times & was told they would send someone ASAP but no one ever came & addressed the issues! The location & size was good for our family bit everything else was terrible!! You shouldn’t have to clean a VRBO yourself when you arrive!! I have asked for monetary compensation for the poor condition of the apt. & very poor communication &...

'Not the owner fault but the neighbors were slobs. Leave garbage in the hallway, and spilling stuff in the elevator and not cleaning up after themselves. Also the building stunk like pot.The apartment was very nice, but kitchen sink had a smell from not being used enough. Could use kitchen towels and wash clothes. Also could use a bigger fry pan for bacon etc. Overall nice place.'

'The location of this VRBO was great, very close to downtown with parking offerred. However the listing makes the space look nicer than it is. There are dishes provided, however just piled in the corner, cheap dishes. No toiletries included. There were also holes in our drywall.'
