'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

'Casa Duro is a gem. This is truly a special place to stay with thoughtful decor and much more space than a typical hotel room. It's in a fabulous neighborhood, parking is easy, and there are a lot of places to explore within walking distance. The next time I travel to Dallas, I'll be rebooking at Casa Duro.'

'The one thing that really disappointed me about this place is that their listing on Hotels.com mentions an airport shuttle, but on arrival they tell me to take a taxi, as they 'do not do airport transfers'. As I specifically picked a non-chain hotel that -did- have an airport shuttle, this led to my stay costing USD 80 more than anticipated. The only response from the staff was weak apologies and an offer to call a taxi. After complaining online, the hotel said they might, with advance notice,...

Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

'Room and hotel were very clean. The front desk lady was really friendly, helpful and had me check in fast. The security guy is also the shuttle driver - he was also very nice. And accommodating. I had a 5 am shuttle booked ad was running about 2 minutes late - he called me just before 5am and made sure I was on the shuttle back to the airport. Would stay here again. '
