A beautiful 2,600 sq foot home situated just 5 minutes from world class golf course Cabot Links and the town of Inverness, NS. Dubbed Hillside Haven, the home features the perfect balance between accessibility to the town and nearby amenities and the privacy and serenity of being in a quiet neighborhood. With 4 queen sized beds, a bunkbed, two twin beds and 3 air mattresses to use if needed, the house can easily accommodate groups of up to 10.

The open concept kitchen/dining/living room on the main floor offers a beautiful view of Cabot Links and the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including the master bedroom, with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Downstairs you will find one more queen bedroom, in addition to a bunk room with a bunkbed and two twin beds, a bathroom, additional sleeping space, and a high quality indoor putting green. Outdoors, the patio is well equipped with a modern BBQ, an outdoor firepit, patio table and chairs. The lawn is spacious, and features an apple tree halfway down.

Everything was as described. No surprises. Kitchen was well equipped for large group dinner. Some of the beds/mattress could be better. Overall very pleased.

Breathtaking home

The house is beautiful and the property is stunning! The location was great … especially for a beach vacation! The kitchen has cute little labels and has everything you need for a weekend getaway. Communication was fast and easy with the property manager. I would highly recommend Alex’s place and wish we would have had a couple more days to enjoy all of the amenities it has to offer!

Hidden gem for sure! We all loved this property for our golf trip. Had all the amenities and plenty of room. The chipping green in the backyard is a new addition I wasn't aware of but was happy to see. Amazing views and overall, a great trip! Thanks Alex!

Alex Livingston was a stellar host. Excellent communication and compassionate understanding of our fleecing schedule. The house is exceptional - well suited for large groups, with lots of wonderful extras. A fantastic experience - the setting and the view cannot be better!

The view says it all.

Some times when you see pictures of a place and then you actually see the place, it doesn’t look as nice as it was in the pictures. This place was not like that. It was nice as it was in the pictures and the view was better in person than in the pictures. The place was clean, modern and we really liked the kitchen and it’s pantry. It’s a great spot to stay if you want to enjoy the Cabot trail.

August Ryder Cup Match

The property was exactly as advertised...it was comfortable and clean and the house is very well equipped. We had lots of fun our first night on the patio hitting chips down to the flag! We had six guys stay at the house and that was very comfortable with loads of room for everyone. We had breakfast at the house each morning before we headed to the golf course which is less than 5 minutes away. The view from the house was spectacular and we were fortunate to have beautiful weather for our stay. Hope to come back for another stay.

Great place for our family reunion!

We were here with family from Switzerland, Calgary and Toronto for a few days together exploring beautiful Cape Breton! Loved the location for it's stunning views and proximity to hiking trails, the beach, whale watching and local music. The house was clean, beds were comfy and it had everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend!

Great for a large group

Very well stocked and great beds - everyone in our group was happy with their bed. We loved the living room area too as we could all hang out together comfortably and be in the kitchen at the same time. Good number of washrooms. The stove chimney makes a noise when it is windy, which needs to be fixed. We had a wonderful stay and will come again. Thank you.

Outstanding home! Took 8 golfers for play on the Cabots Links courses. The home has all the necessary amenities, looks out at the ocean and the courses. 5 minutes from the town of Inverness and the Cabot courses. Recommending the home to all my friends at our country club. Will be back!
