Peaceful Retreat - Surf Side

Whether it is the beautiful gardens, the high ceilings, the natural light that floods the house or the sounds of the waves crashing nearby as the name suggests, this property is truly a peaceful retreat that you will be sure to love. You will be greeted at the front door by the first of the living spaces complete with a wood fire for warmth and ambience. You will also find the master bedroom at the entrance, complete with a Queen size bed, and an ensuite featuring a shower and toilet.

Further along, as you move into the heart of the home, the high ceilings and north facing windows allow the light to flood into the kitchen, dining and second living space. The remaining two bedrooms are at the rear of the home. One with a set of Single bunks, and an additional Single bed. The other, has a Single and a Double bed so everyone has their own space and there is a total sleeping capacity for up to 8 guests.

The main bathroom (complete with bath and separate shower), laundry and separate toilet are also located at the rear of the home. Outside in the fully fenced backyard, your furry family member is more than welcome. Enjoy the tree lined gardens or cook yourself up a storm on the built in BBQ and enjoy in the undercover outdoor dining area. All of this, and you are only 500m from Inverloch's Surf Beach and Lifesaving club.
