'What a gem Creston Villa is! Thanks to Anna and Iain who made our stay a real home from home. From the breakfast with lots of choice, including so many jams, marmalades and relishes to homemade cookies to take with us for a later treat. We loved everything and we didn’t need to know anything about Lincoln before our trip, we could’ve learned it all at breakfast! Great location, easy walk into town or use the local bus service from just outside the property. Highly recommend. Thank you x'

'Thouroghly enjoyed my stay at the Duke William. Rooms were well-equipped and spotlessly clean. I did like the real coffee and cafetière in the room it is a nice touch along with the cookies. Breakfast was excellent and I would stay here again. Only downside was the stairs and the narrow hallways were not easy for less mobile members of our party, and there was some noise from downstairs if you keep the window open but not enough to bother us. Thank you for a nice stay.'

'Beautiful place, ideal location, not for the faint hearted if you don’t like hills! Would definitely stay again ☺️'

'Het verblijf is echt geweldig, de eigenaar heel vriendelijk, de bediening tijdens het ontbijt heel correct. maar wat vooral leuk was was de ligging van deze B&B: vlak bij de kathedraal, gewoon 300 meter lopen. En wat ook super was was de gezelligheid van de kamer.'

'The room was clean as was the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good'

'Not enough room for parking unless you have a small car.Code key system for room very hit and miss. Very nice room when you get in,clean and spacious.'

'Mooie locatie, leuk gebouw, netjes'

'Vlot inchecken en nette kamers. Fijn bed en goed ontbijt. Enige minpuntje: douche in de badkuip, daardoor iets minder comfortabel.'

'Wonderful little spot. Very happy.'

'Perfect location, but rooms desperately need renovation. No safety deposit, no refrigerator and nowhere to charge your phone, laptop etc.near beds. Only one power outlet on the other side of the room. Very good breakfast but only 1 coffee machine! Staff extremely helpful and friendly!'

'No wi-fi at all could not no use it wasn't working wich was really annoying. We try to sign in many time and didn't work. The room was smaller than we saw on the website. Very hard to find the place. Sorry about that . Thank you'

'Rooms are very tired, dated and not standardised, carpets very dirty in rooms. Television reception was so poor that made viewing anything not possible. Wifi worked, not all televisions were smart in that couldn't view streaming services. Some rooms still have single glazing, meaning cold and very noisy. The kitchen was okay but missing many things like bowls, poorly equipped. Entrance was unlit, making later arrival difficult as unable to see entrance and unable to enter code. Cleaning...

'Grayz Studio was perfect. I’d visited the tea room before, but never knew this lovely place was just upstairs. It was a lovely place to be, whether for wandering around Steep Hill, or for getting breakfast downstairs and staying in to work. Clean, sunny, well-appointed—and a giant welcome scone when I arrived! Thanks for a marvelous stay. 10/10 will stay again.'

'All fine'

'Very nice place'

'Located right in the bailgate. Great apartment, easy check in. Literally two minutes from the cathedral. Very relaxed apartment well furnished. I stay in Lincoln a lot and this is now my preferred place to stay. Host is located in the shop below so very easy to deal with if you have an issue (We didnt have any issues). Highly reccomended.'
