« The home was authentic Jamaican, gated and secure. I arrived late in the day with an emerging dental emergency. The next morning this required immediate attention. The Hostess Tamara walked with me to a nearby Dental Centre to be successfully treated. As I returned and departed for the International Airport, the host Shane taxied me to the airport for a flat $25 rate as advertised, (airport taxis were asking for $35-$45 for the same transport.) The hosts were welcoming, attentive and gracious....

« La nourriture est terrible. Difficile d’avoir internet pour 2 téléphones et deux iPad dans la même chambre en même temps. Le menage des chambres etait fait souvent tard. La piscine ferme trop top. Le prix de la nourriture est grandement exagéré pour ce qu ´on a ( un sandwich à 20$). Les déjeuners sont très pauvres, œuf bacon ou saucisse Bétel et ananas et melon. Bref nous ne retournerons pas à cet hôtel. »

« Wifi issues!! For the first day wifi only worked outside of the room, not inside; after that, it didn't work at all. My family and friends tried to reach me for two days and couldn't get me. This is a problem because loved ones will be worried and the guest can't call a taxi or order food. There's also no kitchen. The property needs to be updated. Thankfully there's hot water and AC. Wifi nonetheless, is the most important service that travelers need, and it's advertised on their website but...

« When I took a taxi and reached the Pogas suites for check in There was nobody and I called the owner he said the property is under renovation and I asked for refund he told me contact to the Expedia . I paid the extra for the another to stay and find a room. Please kindly refund my amount. Thanks. »

« The apartment was clean to the point of sterile. The manager was punctual, polite and a professional. The apartment was close to where I needed to be and the security guard was pretty helpful in helping us to find local places to eat. Good experience. First time in Kingston »

« Ms Jodi and Mr Jerry were the most gracious hosts. They were only a phone call away and ready to help. They had a poster board with a list of local shopping and site seeing sites. We shopped for our groceries and cooked our own meals. Our space felt so comfortable we were able to focus on our trip without the stress of worrying about being in cramped spaces or being a bother to others. « The property is well kept, the atmosphere relaxing, but most of all I felt very safe. The communication level however at first could've been better. The agent that I spoke with was very apologetic and very professional and courteous. Overall my stay was excellent. I'll recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet place away from home for a couple of days »
