'I really don’t know how in the world this place is 4 stars, but it felt like I was sleeping at a roadside motel. I will say the roof was nice, the drinks were good, but the rooms were terrible! my sink was leaking water all over the place and staff did NOTHING about it even after I called. There was absolutely no style to any of the rooms. And the staff was incredibly rude, even when I asked the man or women about cream from my coffee , they rolled their eyes and then barely made the effort to...

'The staff was friendly and helpful when checking in. The outside of the hotel looked nice but inside there was a strange smell - once to our room the smell of weed and old smoke was prevalent. The room was dirty and there were burn marks all over the floors. The pull out bed was extremely nasty, so much so, we didn’t use it. The double beds weren’t very comfortable either. All throughout the night people were very loud and you could easily hear them. Questionable people walking around outside....

'Great short stay there. I got in late and the front desk agent, Sherise, checked me in quickly. She also gave me a great late dinner recommendation. The property was quiet and I felt safe.'

'Very unethical business. I had a cancellable reservation. I had time upto 6 PM to cancel or else they will bill my credit card and hold the room for me. This is the policy of Expedia arrangement with hotel for cancellable reservations. I went in to check in at 9 PM, they had cancelled my reservation without notice! When I went in to check-in, I had no room! I had to sleep in car. Terrible experience. They had sold the room for higher price for someone else. It was graduation weekend and hotels...
