'There was nobody at the front desk to check us in. After a long day of traveling, we did not need to wait to get to our room. There was no housekeeping service even though we were staying 3 nights unless a special request was made. The tv did not work, and when we called for assistance nobody answered. There was no coffee at breakfast as well as waffle batter. Disappointing for the price we paid to stay there.'

'The hotel seemed quite new or well very well preserved. Great room with nice city view. Located close to the center with many options on bars, restaurants and shopping. Reception personnel was very friendly. It may get noisy occasionally due to the train rails and close by sport activities.'

'Enjoyed the roof top but long wait times. I had to 2 free drink tickets but they weren’t given to me at check in so I never used them. My room had all the set up for coffee including a coffee pot but no coffee or creamer. Otherwise enjoyed our stay.'

'1) The breakfast area was under staffed. One waitress had to handle everyone in the restaurant. We left because she could not handle s in a timely manner. 2) The checkout area was also under staffed. 3) A hot water shower was not possible. I let the shower run for several minutes before I getting under under the shower. It was bafer,ly tolerable.'

'Economical way to stay as close to the Duke University Medical Center without breaking the bank. Ideal for student familles and visitors to the medical center No onsite restaurant but a pantry where you can buy basic microwave meals . We stayed in a suite which was twice the size of a normal hotel room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed . '

'Out of in room Nespresso coffee pods throughout entire stay. Entire floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Fire alarm was going off throughout evening /night. Will not stay here again. '

'De kamer was zeer goed, ruim, luxe en stil. Maar het personeel was niet erg bekwaam met het computersysteem, en een van de avonden moest de bar gerund worden door een jongen alleen, hij had zeker 25 gasten, dat ging niet. Zeker niet omdat de keuken ook duidelijk geen overschot aan personeel had. '
