The sheets were clean, the mattress comfortable.
There weren’t any drinking glasses, coffee cups, or any means to use the kitchenette in the room.
There were two plastic cups for bathroom use.
While I understand the need for security the key card for room use and moving about the building was awkward.
Handicap parking was near the back door that you could only use after registering. Departing you had to drop your key at the front desk, exit via the front door and then walk around the building with your luggage to to the handicapped parking. Again I say awkward.
