Check in was easy, location was great. Some cosmetic issues with the floor, but generally everything worked. Priced right given the condition, would stay here again.

Perfect cottage for small family

We loved our stay here, it was perfect for my husband and I, our 2 year old, and a friend who was traveling with us. Cute interior and close to fountain square and Downtown.

In town for a convention, this was a great place my coworker and I were able to utilize just minutes from downtown. Price point was very reasonable, it is a great little place that I would book again!

Wonderful week in Indy

My wife, three kids, and I stayed at the property in May and had a wonderful stay. The house was in very nice condition and was clean for our stay. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet, even though there are some questionable houses on the street. All in all we would stay here again.

Enjoyed the house, it felt like home away from home. Main Bedroom was very good size with attached bath, it felt luxurious. Layout was functional and kitchen had everything I needed to cook.

Wonderful stay!

Extremely pleased with our stay! Great communication, very quick to respsond! The house was super clean and nicely decorated. Our bed was very comfy and the pillows were soft (which is hard to come by!) Parking was a little tight (we had a longer truck). Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay!

A friend and I met here for a reunion and this property was absolutely perfect! It was nice that we each had our own rooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the house. Everything worked properly, it was well supplied with what we needed to cook meals which saved a lot of money. Beautiful property and I would definitely stay here again when in Indy.

Indy Visit

Our visit was a 4 night stay in this precious cottage. We were visiting with family who live downtown. The house was convenient to downtown area and the interstate. It was very clean and well decorated. Four adults were able to sleep comfortably here. The neighborhood is older, but very quiet and we felt very safe coming and going as needed.

The site listed that there were four rooms, but there were only 3. This made it difficult for us learning that we had to share beds. It was hard to sleep for a couple of us which did impact the following days.One day we heard gunshots when we were outside.

AAU Basketball Tournament Perfect stay

We booked this home for our family while in town for AAU Basketball tournament. It was super comfy and cozy. It made us feel like we were home. I told my family anytime we visit Indy we will book this house because I loved it so much. Oh I also work from home and had to work and it was quit and perfect for me get my work done and not feel like I was missing out on all the fun. I worked and relaxed.

Very cute little home in Indy!

Overall we had a very positive experience staying here. The property was a little less clean than we had been expecting, but that would not stop us from staying here again. This home is in a very nice part of Indy, about 20 minutes from downtown. The neighborhood feels very safe, and the parking is not an issue. Parking is street parking only, but we never had a problem finding a parking spot in front of the house. The beds were very comfortable as well! Thank you for hosting us, we had a great time!
