The apartment was not super clean in addition to several burnt out light bulbs in both bathrooms. There were no hand towels in either bathroom and no extra trash bags. The bathroom rugs were stained and grungy and we did not use them. The listing needs updated as well. It advertises 2 carport spots, but there is only actually one available. I did feel safe in the neighborhood, although close to a couple hospitals so there were lots of sirens and helicopter noise that could be heard day and night. It was within walking distance to several restaurants, which was nice.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was much bigger than we were expecting and the location was great and had so much in walking distance. I'd say the main downside was the master bedroom. Our first night of sleeping there was rough as there are no curtains on the windows so the room is way brighter than I'm used to and the bed squeaked anytime you moved. We went and bought sleeping masks and some WD40 (to fix the metal bed frame) and the rest of the trip was much better.

Was very clean and had plenty of space in the apartment. The only downside is the parking. There are two spots which is great, but I wouldn’t suggest driving a truck it was hard to get into the space and back out. Great location plenty of places within walking distance.

Apartment was clean and set above the parking spaces. The key in the garage had a proximity sensor to open the gate. This was not obvious at first. Only one set of keys was available, which made arrival at different times a challenge.There was one parking space on site, and it was very tight for even a medium SUV. The other space was on the street, not in the lot.The host was responsive, as there was an issue that needed immediate resolution.The two floor apartment had ample space for beds, and reasonable bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Unfortunately, the locked gate outside one of the bedrooms scraped the concrete every time it was opened or closed very loudly, and traffic was also heavy most of the night.This is not a location for light sleepers. However, there are restaurants nearby and it is a 5 min drive to campus.The host did allow us to checkin an hour early.

Although the apartment had not been cleaned when we arrived and the entry instructions we not delivered to me by VRBO, everything went well with the manager. He was great!

Great spot!

The property was great. We had 4 adults in oir group and it was comfortable. The canals are only a few blocks away and there are many options for food within 1/3 mile. No complaints, would stay there again.

Amazing

Amazing place with enough space for everyone! 3 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. The location was perfect and so easy to get to Lucas Oil Stadium and bars/restaurants. We arrived ahead of schedule and they let us check in early! There is even a parking spot in the garage but it is a very tight fit. The water pressure in the upstairs bathroom was less than ideal but the downstairs bathroom was so much better. All in all for the price, location, and size I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!!

Swim meet weekend at IUPUI

Overall, nice stay! Positives- location, lots of space, nice kitchen, lots of natural light from windows. They allowed us to checkout 1 hour later which was nice Just few suggestions- tvs in bedrooms would have been nice addition. Only one tv in family room. More paper products for guests. We only had 5 sheets on a paper towel roll for the weekend. Water pressure in upstairs shower very low. Smoke alarm malfunction
