This was close to everything. We walked everywhere with ease. The room was clean and hotel was quiet. The bar downstairs was easy to access and low-key. The desk staff were accommodating. The valet staff was kind. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We had a suite on the 10th floor. We found several items around the room that were left from the people staying in there previously. There was a big rip in the sofa. We never got an ice bucket and asked the front desk twice. It was quiet but definitely not worth what we paid.

However, we provide these details on our website and at time of check-in so that our guests are familiar with all of the parking options in the city (hotel valet, city garages, meters, etc.). We’re in the lobby eating, homeless man was allowed to enter the hotel, proceeded to steal our belongings all while hotel “security” was playing solitaire on his phone. The thief was stopped by myself, until police arrived. Not Once did hotel management ask if we were ok or compensate. The children in our group were terrified and got No sleep as any kid would be worried after facing this traumatic situation. I would think twice about staying here as guest security comes second at this place

I was happy to see that our team handled the situation extremely well, as our on-site security officer responded immediately to the situation, and the police handled the matter in under 10 minutes of the man entering our building.Our goal is to continue to provide the safety and security measures to ensure our guests' safety remains a key priority. Our downtown Indy go-to!
We stay gere whenever we are in town! Always clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful! We opted for the snack and drinks add on for $20 which saved us from stopping for anything extra and got much more than we expected!

Good location but that’s it
The location was great however the pillows were extremely uncomfortable and when I tried to make coffee in the room the machine spurted coffee grounds all over the place so it was undrinkable.

Angie at the front desk was amazing. Unfortunately I got stuck in the elevator for 50 mins. Based on the fire departments review, it is an older elevator that should be replaced.
