The property has 1 security camera. It is placed above the main entry door. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund.

Failure to follow or any attempt to break the rules listed above is cause for eviction without refund.
