Guest access:
Guest may gain access to the house anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The house is setup completely for guest use and everything in the house is accessible to guests with the exception of one locked utility closet.

Interaction with guests:
We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises. The listing is setup exclusively for guest use. We are just a message/call away if you need assistance or suggestions of things to do in the area!

Other things to note:
The clubhouse area (including the pool and gym) is open from sun-up to sun-down.
We have a traditional 12 cup drip coffee maker.
The thermostat has a lower limit of 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing.

This community is located on Eau Gallie Blvd in Indialantic Florida, nestled between the town of Indian Harbour Beach and Indialantic.

Stroll just a short distance to explore nearby restaurants, grocery stores, Walmart, and more, all within easy reach. Ample free parking ensures a hassle-free experience as you come and go at your leisure.

You will find yourself in a very central beach side location about 10 minute walking distance from the nearest beach (2 min drive) and 2 miles to Melbourne/EauGallie Arts Distruct (4 min drive). Shopping (Win Dixie, Walmart, Publix) are also walking distance.

Right across the street is Corey's Bagels, one of our favorite breakfast spots. Their Lox and Bagel is mouth-wateringly delicious.
