This hillside home enjoys an elevated position up above the lake, with blankets of evergreen forest extending out in every direction. The location is incredibly convenient as well, with both Diamond Peak Ski Resort and the Incline Village Championship Golf Course less than a mile away. The heart of Incline Village, with its many shops, restaurants, and conveniences, is less than two miles away as well.

A setting as scenic as this one calls for equally scenic outdoor spaces. In the mornings, step out onto the balcony off the primary suite downstairs with a cup of coffee and a view of the lake illuminated by the morning sun. Each evening, bring a glass of wine out to the living room balcony just in time for sunset.

The main living space is up on the top floor, with lofty, beamed ceilings and a back wall of windows bringing in the view and sunlight. In this open living area, you'll have a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining room table for family meals and board games, and a living room where you can stream movies by the gas fireplace.
