House for 8 persons: approx. 210 m2. The house is arranged over several slightly staggered levels. On the lower level, there is a room with a table tennis, foosball and a dartboard. This level also includes a bathroom with a shower, as well as a separate room with a washing machine. One level higher, there is an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and chairs, air conditioning and direct access to the balcony. There is also a small children’s playroom with various toys. On the top level, there are four bedrooms – three with a double bed and the fourth with two single beds. A bathroom with a shower completes this level. All levels are connected by an internal staircase.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

WiFi available free of charge. It is possible to park up to 8 cars on the property. A SUP board (stand-up paddleboard) and a kayak are also available for guests. In addition, three bicycles – two for adults and one for children – can be used free of charge. In the garden, there is also a trampoline and a badminton net. Depending on the season, guests are welcome to pick fresh fruit from the garden free of charge, such as pears, apples, plums and cherries.
