'The staff was excellent.. the rooms were clean . Seems that the management is disconnected from the hotel, and throw every problem to the staff. The hot water issue and the breakfast which wasn t great.. it should be the management / owners responsible to actually fix the proble and not just collect the money. But lovely staff and very helpful'

'Fraud hotel. Tried to contact before checkin however number is not operational and there is no email. Hotels.com wasn't able to contact them either, yet they still charged my card. Going through a dispute with card company now. Avoid at all costs'

'Établissement sans charme, l'accueil est à peine correct. Chambre avec clim, frigo et bonne literie. Il a fallu insister pour avoir un en cas à la place du petit dejeuner le jour de notre depart tôt le matin. Les chambres avec vue sur l'océan sont peut-être meilleures mais ellessont plus chere.'

'Lovely hostal on Isabella Island! I've stayed at 4 hostels in the islands and this one was by far my fav. Many lacked the social aspect, but here the owners have a lovely beach bar across the road where they hosted events (game nights, trivia, etc) which was great to meet other travellers. The rooms were spacious, shower was hot, rooftop area was nice. Only 1 item I disliked - 2 of the windows in my room were just screens at the top and couldn't be closed, so you could hear all the noise from...

'Really nice place to stay, very comfortable and the staff are very friendly. The food was excellent. Good advice and booking for tours. Location is a short walk from main centre, a few mins, but that makes it nice and quiet. Close to harbour so easy access from ferry.'

'2泊しました。チェックインも早くさせていただいたし、オーナーがとても親切で、いろいろ気にかけてもらいサポートしてくれました。シャワーの欲しがってます。朝もam 5時出発でしたので、前日にお礼とお別れを伝えると5時前フロントで見送ると言われました。大変だから大丈夫と言いましたが、次の日の朝フロントで見送ってくれました。気持ちのこもったもてなし感激しました。ありがとうございます。 ぜひこのホテルはお勧めします。'
