'When we arrived it took a long time before we were acknowledged at the desk, even though staff could see us. The room wasn’t ready even though we arrived 2 hours after checkin time, and we were asked to come back later. Bed wasn’t made to expected standard - only had fitted sheet and grey cover that had stains on it (we had to ask the bar for more sheets). No hot water for the first day of our stay which was particularly inconvenient because we were there to get ready for a wedding. The toilet...

'Our cabin worked really well for our family of 5 adults for an interstate family birthday. Walking distance to family, the beach, lagoon and local shops and clubs. Water views. We didn’t use many of the cabin facilities as we spent most of our time elsewhere with family, but our grandkids loved the playground. 'Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our cabin was clean, compact and comfy. The park is extremely well maintained and is very clean and a short walk to shops with the beach a few minutes walk. Originally booked for one night but our cabin was available for us to book for a second night. There is also a lovely cafe near the entrance to the park.. enjoyed a very nice breakfast '
