'I actually like everything: clean, beautiful, with a lot of entertainment for kids as well as adults. Nice sea, very clean and not too shallow. Good food, kind and helpful staff. Kids club is quite big and there are a lot of activities. Shella from kids club is amazing with kids! Aysa and Desi ( sorry if I my spelling is wrong) are very kind and nice with kids as well. 'It's a clean new hotel and the spa was amazing. Only 5 mins walk frm 1Batam Mall. Will stay here again. They have grilled on d spot meat for bfast buffet too.'
