'Me encantó la estancia en Catalina Tropical Lodge. Desde que llegamos se notó la atención al detalle y la amabilidad de todo el personal. Llegamos de noche y el guardia ya nos estaba esperando con la llave lista; incluso nos acompañó a la habitación y nos mostró un poco de las instalaciones. Algo que me gustó mucho fue la vista por la mañana, ya que por la altura en la que se encuentra el hotel se logra ver el mar entre la vegetación. También me encantó el jabón de manos de lavanda y vainilla....

'Le lieu sans ambiance, sans grand intérêt et grand manque d’hygiène. Nous avons été choqués par le monsieur qui préparait les petits déjeuners. Cette personne est arrivée en retard selon l’heure indiquée à laquelle nous l’avions indiquée. Il ne paraissait dépassé et perturbé par la situation. Ce monsieur commence à cuisiner, et là, c’est le dégoût ! Il s’est mis à se moucher avec ses doigts, cracher dans l’évier, renifler en permanence, se curer le nez sans même se laver les mains. 'When we arrived nobody was there so no check in, completely dark, we found a lodge with a key in the door so we could use it. Late at night someone arrived. He arranged a breakfast for us the next morning which was very nice. The rest of the stay was ok. '

'The room we had was excellent. The little bar on site was was also very cool and welcoming. The only downside keeping me from giving an overall 5-star review was the loud music from the bar that went well into the evening and then into the morning. I would certainly stay again…but I’ll bring the ear plugs next time :-) '
