'The property was really nice and the staff at the kids club were AMAZING!'

'The property could use more staff for maintaining the grounds and all around the resort. The resort should not be a family friendly resort as the entertainment is more for adults, such as a tweark off at the pool with so many children around was shocking. 5-13 year old girl should not see this as a family friendly competition at 3 pm ! The shows were late in the evening so not much for kids to see outside the water park. There was no daily entertainment for children at all and this is a family...

'Very accommodating staff, modern, clean and lots to do at the resort. Great food and drinks as well. They use an app for information and restaurant reservations which is really useful. Beach is very nice too, just avoid going around June due to seaweed season.'

'Really loved dealing with comacho! He was so helpful on the phone when when making arrangements with a special time check in, also he went out of his way to help with the confusion with the parking garages... hiltons garage is also right there , there is no signs to say which garage is for what, which needs to be.. comacho did help us with all that and directions to the right garage.... he is super friendly and made the difference with how tired we were just trying to get in the hotell. ...
