'Katie was really good. She contacted me two weeks before we flew which gives me at ease. As soon as we arrived, she was there waiting for us. I only gave it 4 star because we clearly say we are 6 people but the apartment has only 2 queen size so other person has to sleep in the couch.'

'Started off good in communication, but became a bit slow in effective and constructive replies. Had the baby crib requested, but no other amenities. They charge for extra bottle water or towels or a baby high chair, which is different from usual hotels and not so friendly. Their 3 kinds of breakfasts provided were not so great in quality, overflavored.
