'Modern well appointed and nicely decorated room with comfortable bed. On arrival we had expected to meet the host but there was a card with wifi and room number on a table. We missed the personal touch we had experienced at other locations. Breakfast was mostly self help but the cooked breakfast was requested and served. A short drive to pub restaurants is better than walking to them. Good location for trips to the islands or cliffs.'

'mooi hotel ,goed gelegen ,ruime parking en men kan de wagen elektrisch opladen .De bus stopt recht tov het hotel en binnen de 20' ben je in het centrum van Galway. Ruim ontbijt en lekker eten in het restaurant. Jammer dat er geen lift was vooral voor de bagage en ouder worden mensen .Dat is een aanpassing waar ze moeten over nadenken '

'From checki in to check out and in between was wonderful. The lovely woman at check in upgraded us to a larger room. (Silly Americans with large luggage) staff even helped tote our luggage’up and down the three flights of stairs. Hot delicious breakfast cooked to order each morning. Ashley and all of the staff were lovely and hospitable. Room was clean, bed comfortable, heater worked well. Room cleaning offered each day. Dinner was lovely and the Guiness and our first baby Guiness memorable....
