'All staff members are really friendly, caring and helpful. Facility is clean, and the wifi connection seem to have improved a lot I had no trouble attending some teams meetings. The room I stayed was a twin room and was spacious with good amenities. The hair dryer, particularly is the best one I’ve used in hotels in Palau. Downside is, if I have to point out, there’s no elevator so you’ll have to walk up and down, but it was a good exercise for me. There are many shops and restaurants...

'Dit hotel is veel achterstallig onderhoud, slechte service en heeft dringend een opknapbeurt nodig. De tv in de kamer heeft slechts drie kanalen, waarvan meestal met storing. Er is geen Wi-Fi op de kamers. Het zwembad lijkt weinig onderhoud te krijgen, gezien de armoedige staat waarin het verkeerd. Als je de front desk confronteert met feedback, krijg je een erg laconieke reactie. Het hotel is het geld niet waard.'

'We loved our stay at Sea Passion Hotel. The staff (especially the young ladies at reception) were always friendly, cheerful and very helpful. Our room was large, with two big, comfortable beds. The ocean view is a little spoilt by the main road, but when our shower wasn’t getting hot on the first day this was fixed very quickly. 'Check in was very easy and they were kind enough to hold my bags until my proper check in time. The first room I was given had some mold in it and a small hole in the bottom of the wall. They were again very kind and switched me to a different room that was very clean. If you get placed on one side of the hotel though you can hear whatever club it is next door very late into the night unfortunately. '

'The property, bungalow and view were all gorgeous and even better than the pictures showed. The breakfasts were delicious, and delivered to your door at your preferred time. Staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. Parking is at the base of a steep hill, but staff are available to transport you and luggage up to your bungalow. Would definitely stay here again. '房間寬敞乾淨，床鋪軟硬適中，外出常失眠的我也睡得很舒服，冷氣可調整成適合的溫度也沒有很大的噪音，早餐東西種類雖不多但也足夠了。櫃檯服務人員笑容親切，有問必答。位置很不錯，離WCTC和總統開的超市很近，附近也有好吃的餐廳，沒有在大馬路上，所以晚上很安靜不會吵。唯一小缺點是乾濕分離的浴室門似乎沒有很緊密，洗澡時水會漏出去，但有毛巾鋪著也還算能接受。總體來說是個很不錯的體驗。'

'The driver hired to take me to the hotel was easily seen. Check in was quick and room ready. Any issue with the Room they addressed immediately. The water was warm for the shower. Bed very comfortable lots of places to store your luggage. The fridge and freezer worked well. Walking distance to the museums and souvenir shops. Lots of choices for places to eat and grocery stores. Beach is not walkable.'
