'First the positive: the property was largely as advertised, although the hot tub was green and "closed for the season". The neighborhood seemed sketchy to us, and the host made sure we knew it was very important to keep the gate locked at all times. Now the terrible: No communication about check in - I messaged twice through the VRBO app and no reply. "Very nice hotel with a decent restaurant. However, when you "scratch the surface", it seems to have suffered a bit from neglect over time in the common areas, including the gym which has a humidity issue. Despite all of this, I would recommend staying here."
