"The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The food was decent, with two live cooking stations offering eggs and pancakes. However, the hotel has a significant number of stairs, making it less accessible for some guests. Aside from the pools and pool bar, there were few other amenities available, so there wasn't a great deal to do on-site. The hotel itself is rather dated, but overall, it was a pleasant stay."

"We had a great stay at Nikki Beach Samui. We booked a garden villa and enjoyed our luxurious room. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel has great facilities. The hotel is located in a more quiet area of Samui. The only minor downside for us was the fact that the minimum spend for the beach club also applies to hotel guest. Although hotel guests receive a discount on the minimum spend amount, we found this a bit strange. Especially since we booked a villa which is one of their most expensive rooms."
