'Staff were courteous and helpful with every request we had. (I asked for another room as our first room smelled of cigarettes and also went back later to ask for a bandaid). They were happy to help. The room was clean. There was a good selection at breakfast. '

'The hotel's location is ideal, situated right on the water and within walking distance of downtown. The suite, which featured a double bedroom, a kitchen, and a double bathroom, was perfect for our stay. We were especially impressed by how clean everything was; the housekeeping staff clearly takes great pride in their work. '

'Really nice hotel, it's about 10 min from downtown Kingston with the bus. The staff was super friendly! If you want your room cleaned you have to mention that at the front desk. They don't have to clean every day, but the garbage bins are rather small so maybe just empty them every day. For the rest I had a really nice stay here.'
