'The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was clean. The bed was very uncomfortable in my opinion as a side sleeper. I woke up with aches in my shoulders and hips and had trouble sleeping at times. My partner sleeps on his back and didn’t mind but side sleepers beware! The mattress was very hard.
