« We had the best trip. St John is beautiful. We were able to walk to town every night. The hill walk was a workout but we like the exercise. The owner was the best and always answered quickly helped with advice on the island. We really didn’t spend much time in the room because … why would you when you are on a beautiful island? »

« We absolutely adored our stay at the Peter Bay Gatehouse, Penthouse! It was one of the best places we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The location was simply stunning, with easy access to some of the world’s most beautiful beaches. The view from the penthouse was breathtaking, and we never wanted to leave because of its breathtaking beauty. We’re already looking forward to our next stay here in the future! »

« We truly enjoyed our stay! The property was in a perfect location—close to all the areas we wanted to visit and easy to find. While the beach access was a short walk, it was just a quick two-minute drive and absolutely worth it. « Amazing views! Large porch with nice furniture to have morning coffee and early evening drinks! A bit hard to find but if you look for the pictures Tatiana posted you should be good! We were also there during Hurricane Erin and Tatiana checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. She also let our daughter stay an extra day when her flight was cancelled. Overall a great experience!!!!! »

« The place is well kept and just as advertised. We have stayed in many short-term rentals over the years and I must say that the hosts here truly made us feel like family in a way that no one else ever has. They made our stay so much more special and we would definitely stay here again. The views were amazing from there, the AC worked great, and everything else was perfect for our 5 day escape. They even gave us great suggestions from a local perspective so that we could enjoy the island even...

« We really like Jenny and her Northside Hideaway. There are actually three properties close together so you can have multiple families together and still go take showers and sleep separately. Always well appointed and close parking with only four steps up to walkway that connects all three properties. Highly recommend. »

« Enjoyed a relaxing 3-day family staycation in this wonderful rental. The 1-BR unit is modern and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. Located within a gated community and a residential property, it was a “home away from home” experience that no hotel stay can duplicate. Great dining, beach and shopping options within a short driving distance, and a popular restaurant just within walking distance. My family will definitely return. Thank you! »

« The property was in a very quiet area. I liked the all-white walls and awesome ceiling. It was very clean. The A/C was excellent, and the internet was easy to connect to. Jennifer was an excellent host going above and beyond. »

« Very clean! Close proximity to the Sapphire Beach and Red Hook. A/C worked really well, which is a blessing in the heat and humidity.Only gripe would be the bed pillow as i wasnt my cup of tea, but not going to ding against the owner as that's a very subjective opinion. You are able to see the ocean from your balcony too, which is a plus! Overall a solid pick and great value! »

"L’hotel est situé en montagne avec une vue superbe sur la ville. Nécessite une voiture ou un taxi pour les déplacement. Le restaurant était fermé en raison d’une tempête tropical le mois dernier mais le resto Sib’s pas très loin était parfait et peu dispendieux et prisé des locaux. Belle piscine ensoleillée. "
