'Very clean and easy access to the beach '

'Bikes, wagon, beach chairs, and umbrella included. All a little rough but certainly serviceable. All these items ready to go allowed us a high speed low drag couple retreat. We loved it! My wife loved it so much she wants to come back to this exact condo with the kids even though it’s a little small for the whole family.'

Short term rentals need to be WAY better than this. It's like the owner is being so cheap, she can't get out of her own way. There's all these notes about what to do and what not to do and normally that would be fine, except she has all these rules for guests and has no self awareness that she's...
